Thank you for shopping with Findlay 3D Printing! We want you to be thrilled with your Jeep Ducks and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return process.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return window. You can return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligible Items

  • Items Eligible for Return:

    • Unused and undamaged Jeep Ducks and accessories in their original packaging.

    • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items Not Eligible for Return:

    • Custom or personalized Jeep Ducks (e.g., custom colors or designs requested by the customer).

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us
    To initiate a return, email us at support@findlay3dprinting.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  • Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
    We’ll review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization along with a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Step 3: Ship the Item Back
    Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Step 4: Receive Your Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
